These terms govern your use of Pure Wave Threads and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Intellectual property: the site itself — our product photography, descriptions, brand name and page copy — belongs to Pure Wave Threads. Rights in each printed design remain with its creator; we do not claim to own them, and buying a product gives you the physical item for personal use only, with no rights in the artwork. Please don't reproduce or resell the images from this site.

If you believe a design here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the product link and proof of your rights. We take the listing down while we look into it — we would rather remove something in error than leave your work up without your say-so.

Made to order: products are printed after you order. Because of this, small variations in print position and colour are normal and are not defects.

Pricing and payment: the price and totals shown and confirmed at checkout are calculated server-side and are the amounts you pay. Prices, promotions, and availability can change at any time, but a confirmed order is honoured at its confirmed price. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error.

Acceptable use: don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or scrape the site, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe others' rights when interacting with us.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We don't exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
